Yale recessed roller catch for door, new old stock, c.1930s

A c.1930s recessed roller catch with brass cover plate and striking plate or keep, new old stock, suitable for a standard sized door.  The catch itself, made of iron with black painted finish and brass roller, recesses approximately 3.6cm (1.4in) deep into the door edge; the cover plate, which measures approximately 6.4 x 2.2cm (2.5 x 0.85in), is stamped "YALE / MADE IN / ENGLAND".  The three pieces are tied together with a very worn card tag which bears the printed address (only partly legible) of a firm in Tipton, Staffordshire.  The recessed part of the catch has some rust marks, and there are some verdigris and other marks to the brass, which would benefit from polishing if required; the spring of the catch remains very firm.
