A c.1930s-50s "Wills's Cut Golden Bar" 2oz tobacco tin (empty), measuring approximately 9 x 8.1 x 2.4cm (3.55 x 3.2 x 0.95in) excluding the rolled edges of the lid. Each side of the tin has a small hole for ventilation. There is some wear and marking to the printed surface of the lid, especially to the edges, including a few light scratches and spots of tarnish. The sides of the tin are heavily tarnished, whilst there is slight tarnish, wear and spotting to the brass finish surfaces of the base and interior, and one or two tiny dings. Overall, however, the tin is in very good condition for its age.
