A c.1920s vintage metal manicure implement with (?)tortoiseshell handle, measuring approximately 7cm (2.75in) in length. The handle has a slightly grainy texture, unlike celluloid - it could be real tortoiseshell, although this is not guaranteed. There is some corrosion to the metal, together with scratching and age wear to the handle.
