Vintage jam or preserve pot in the form of a Dutch windmill, c.1920s-30s

A pottery jam or preserve pot of c.1920s-30s vintage, in the form of a Dutch windmill, measuring approximately 10cm (3.95in) tall including lid and 9.1 x 8cm (3.6 x 3.15in) at the base, which bears the printed mark "FOREIGN".  The glaze (both inside and out) is crazed throughout, with a few slight scratches, and there is some age-related marking to the foot; there are various manufacturing imperfections including spot marks, occasional pinholes and small lumps in the glaze together with some small unglazed patches to the edges.  Although clearly not of top quality, this remains a very appealing piece which typifies one of the popular fashions of its era.
