Victorian green and white marbled glass ornament in the form of a lamp

A Victorian marbled glass ornament in the shape of a lamp, measuring approximately 18.8cm (7.4in) in height and up to 9.8cm (3.85in) across at the base.  The glass is in two layers: a clear outer layer with blueish-green veining / mottling, and an opaque white inner layer; the feet and the "tassels" of the "shade" (which does not detach from the base) are of clear glass.  There are several air bubbles and other manufacturing irregularities; the top edge has a couple of small chips and a tiny fleabite, in addition to slight roughness dating from manufacture.  There is some roughness (of varying degrees) to the tips of the feet, which may either be age wear or date from manufacture.
