"The Motor" magazine, July 24, 1946 (vol. 89, no. 2326); 108pp (including paper covers), measuring approximately 21.1 x 29.6cm (8.3 x 11.65in). This special edition, which commemorates the "Jubilee of the [British] Motor Industry, 1896 to 1946", contains articles and features relating to the history of motors and motoring, including lists of the vehicles participating in the "Jubilee Cavalcade" held in London on 27 July 1946, as well as numerous motor-related advertisements including some full-page adverts in full or half colour. The cover holds only loosely to the rest of the magazine, with tearing around the staples and to the top and bottom of the fold, and is discoloured and worn with creasing, bumping and short tears to the edges, and general age wear; the monochrome pages have browned with age (the colour pages are printed on better quality paper), with some light foxing to a few pages (mostly near the front), and there is some rust to the staples.
