Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II commemorative bone china bell by Roy Kirkham Pottery, 1977

A Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II (1952-1977) commemorative bone china bell by Roy Kirkham Pottery, measuring approximately 12.5cm (4.9in) in height and 8.3cm (3.25in) in diameter at the base, in white glaze with transfer and gilt decoration, with a white plastic clapper (on a metal wire, held in place by a plastic disc inside the handle) producing a loud high-pitched ring; the interior bears a black printed mark of a lion in a circle with the words "ROY KIRKHAM / Pottery / MADE IN / STAFFORDSHIRE / ENGLAND / BONE CHINA".  There is some wear / imperfections to the decoration, together with marking to the rim and tarnish to the clapper wire; there are some manufacturing imperfections including slight unevenness to the rim, numerous short vertical craze lines in the glaze just above the outside rim, and numerous tiny bumps / pockmarks in the glaze.
