A large Cornish Seton Pottery sugar bowl and milk jug, perhaps 1970s, finished in golden brown and black glaze. The bowl, which measures approximately 7cm (2.75in) tall and 8.3cm (3.25in) in diameter at the top, is clearly marked "SETON POTTERY / SCORRIER CORNWALL" to the base; the jug, which measures approximately 8.6cm (3.4in) tall at the lip and 7.5cm (2.95in) in diameter at the top excluding the lip, is much less clearly marked "SETON POTTERY / CORNWALL". Both pieces have crazing throughout, together with some age wear, whilst the bowl has several tiny specks of white paint to the surface.
