Set of four vintage French sherry or shot glasses with floral transfer design, c.1950s-60s

A set of four vintage sherry or shot glasses, c.1950s-60s, each measuring approximately 6cm (2.35in) in height and 4.5cm (1.75in) in diameter at top, in clear glass with gilt rim and floral transfer to one side.  The bases are marked "MADE IN FRANCE" together with a shield containing the letters "VMC" and a number (different on each glass).  There is slight wear to the gilt and decoration, together with one or two slight scratches; there are some wavy lines and other minor manufacturing irregularities within the glass.
