A Royal Doulton bone china collector's plate with printed design entitled "Preparations for the Boating Season" (featuring Mole and Ratty), from a series of four "The Wind in the Willows" plates designed by Christina Thwaites, copyright Royal Doulton Tableware Limited 1984, measuring approximately 21.4cm in diameter. There is some slight age wear including a few scratches and a few tiny spot marks to the surface, together with some slight wear or imperfection to the transfer description on the back of the plate, and slight age wear / marking to the foot.
