Rinso miniature plastic advertising comb in original card wallet, c.1930s

A good example of vintage washing powder advertising, this miniature comb, probably dating from the 1930s, is made of dark red translucent plastic, and comes complete with its original buff card sheath or wallet.  To one side is printed the slogan "RINSO - The safe way for all your washing"; the other bears the words "Wash the easy RINSO way."  The comb, which measures approximately 8.6cm (3.4in) long, is in good condition, apart from slight abrasion at one end perhaps dating from manufacture, and possible slight wear to the printing; there is some age wear / staining to the wallet.
