A 1950s vintage wirework magazine rack with carrying handle, in original black painted finish with red painted wood "cocktail cherry" feet, measuring approximately 28.8cm (11.35in) long, 16.1cm (6.35in) wide and 39cm (15.35in) tall (max). There is some corrosion to the metal throughout together with some loss to the painted finish in places, surface wear and slight marking, whilst there is considerable marking and age wear to the feet. Although we have chosen to sell this piece in its unrestored state, in which it should appeal to devotees of "shabby chic", the purchaser may prefer to repaint it in a finish of their own choice!
