Retro translucent plastic (polythene) "tulip" pendant lampshade, c.1960s (B)

A c.1960s vintage round pendant lampshade / light shade in semi-flexible translucent polythene (similar to vintage Tupperware), moulded in a "tulip" shape with recessed vertical lines, measuring approximately 16cm (6.3in) in height and 14cm (5.5in) in diameter (max); the lampholder hole measures approximately 2.8cm (1.1in) wide, and thus should fit a standard UK plastic pendant lampholder.  There is some age discoloration to the plastic together with slight marks and surface wear including several scratches; the twin vertical moulding seams are clearly visible at the top and bottom of the shade.  (We have two more shades of this design but with less surface wear, each in similar condition, for sale separately - please see link below.)
