A vintage (1963 or later) Price Kensington Cottage Ware handpainted jug, measuring approximately 12cm (4.7in) in height and 10cm (3.95in) in diameter at the base, which bears a somewhat faint and incomplete standard green printed Price Kensington stamp (as used from 1963) together with a small brown painted mark, and is impressed "P&K. / MADE IN ENGLAND". There is crazing to most of the surface with slight greyish staining to the base of the interior, together with a few light scratches; there are various manufacturing imperfections including some tiny spot marks, a few small lumps and one or two pinholes in the glaze.
