Pepys "Girl" card game (featuring characters from "Girl" magazine), 1950s

A 1950s vintage Pepys "Girl" card game, by Castell Brothers Ltd, London, produced by permission of "Girl" magazine, featuring the characters Wendy, Jinx, Belle, Robbie, Penny and Lettice Leefe.  This set is complete with all 44 original cards (12 Heroine, 2 Girl and 30 Trio), the original carton (which measures approximately 6.1 x 9.3 x 2cm / 2.4 x 3.65 x 0.8in) and original instructions.  The cards are in good condition overall with light surface wear / marking mainly visible to the backs, although one card has slight surface damage to the front whilst another has similar damage to the back; the instructions are creased, discoloured and marked, and there is considerable wear, marking and discoloration to the box.
