A vintage pottery "Double Century Sherry by Pedro Domecq" advertising ashtray, perhaps 1970s, measuring approximately 14.6cm (5.75in) in diameter and 2.4cm (0.95in) deep, in sky-blue glaze with raised lettering surrounding an image of a building with castellated tower in relief to the centre; there are no maker's marks. There is slight age wear including slight surface scratching and wear to the foot, together with manufacturing imperfections including a glazed-over chip to the underside edge and a thin brown broken line below the glaze to the centre of the upper surface (i.e. on the tower).
