A pair of Victorian colour prints of equestrian paintings, taken from "Cassell's Book of the Horse", and glued to card backing (unmounted and unframed).  One of the prints (Plate 7 from the above book) is of "Captain Percy Williams on a Favorite Irish Hunter, from a picture by John Fenneley" (1865); the other (Plate 17) is of "Stilton, a Hunter, the property of Coll. Loyd Lindsay V.C.M.P., a winner of the Punchestown (Ireland) Steeplechase, from a painting by Sheldon Williams, Esqre." (1874).  "Stilton" measures approximately 24.5 x 20.2cm / 9.65 x 7.95in (including borders); the other print is very slightly wider (by a few millimetres).  Both have considerable age discoloration, staining, foxing and scuffing; "Stilton" also has staple holes (to print and backing board) near the upper corners, and tearing around the holes to the top right (as shown in photo); the price reflects their condition.
