McDougall's Cookery Book (eighteenth edition, c.1930s)

"McDougall's Cookery Book" ("Issued by the proprietors of McDougall's Self-Raising Flour") (18th edition, "completely revised"; n.d., c.1930s).  Booklet with thin buff card covers (plus short red cord hanging loop), 48pp, measuring approximately 12.3 x 18.4cm (4.85 x 7.25in).  Contains recipes for bread, cakes, biscuits etc., plus cookery hints.  The cover is discoloured with considerable marking and age wear including creasing, wear and bumping to the edges and corners, and slight loss to the bottom right front corner; the pages are discoloured with occasional marks and creases, some loss / nibbling to the bottom right edges of the first few pages (not affecting the text) and other slight edge and corner wear; there is some rust to the staples.
