Marconiphone "Major" Record Player (Model 4014) shop price display card, 1960s

An original 1960s shop price display card for a Marconiphone "Major" record player (Model 4014), price 21 guineas plus 6/2d purchase tax surcharge (we understand that this Marconiphone model was produced c.1967-8).  The card, which measures approximately 13.8 x 12.9cm (5.45 x 5.1in), has considerable age wear including heavy creasing, bumping, scuffing, indentations, marking and discoloration, with pen doodles and a patch of surface damage to the reverse.
