An attractively shaped vintage pressed glass pub water jug advertising Mackinlay's Scotch Whisky, perhaps 1950s, approximately 12.2cm (4.8in) in height (max) and 8.2cm (3.25in) in diameter at the top (excluding lip), with red transfer to one side. There is slight wear to the transfer, together with age wear to the foot, occasional slight scratches and various manufacturing irregularities; there are also a number of deep vertical scratches or lines which can be felt to the interior, which may date from manufacture.
