A c.1970s vintage souvenir tankard by Lord Nelson Pottery, measuring approximately 12.3cm (4.85in) tall and 10.8cm (4.25in) in diameter at the base, in golden brown glaze with silver trim to the handle and around the rim, with a black transfer view of "THE PIER, BOGNOR REGIS" to one side and a black transfer pictorial map of West Sussex to the other; the base bears a round black printed "LORD NELSON POTTERY / ENGLAND" stamp with coronet and capital "N" to the centre, together with a small silver mark. The surface is crazed throughout, and there is some wear to the silvering together with slight wear including occasional scratches to the glazed surface, slight wear / marking to the transfers, some roughness to the rim and slight marking to the foot.
