A late Victorian or Edwardian card advertising bookmark, approximately 6.3 x 16.7cm (2.5 x 6.55in), printed on both sides in blue on a white background, with a picture of Tower Bridge (London) at the top of each side. On one side are advertisements for Beethams Glycerine & Cucumber, the Birkbeck Bank and Joseph Gillott's Steel Pens; to the other side are pictorial advertisements for Sunlight Soap and Schweitzer's Cocoatina. The bookmark is somewhat discoloured and foxed to both sides, in addition to having a few minor creases, a very short tear to the bottom (adjoining one of the creases) and bumping to the corners.
