A c.1930s hexagonal pendant lampshade of larger than average size, in white finely flaked glass with orange painted finish (with a few small yellow patches) to the top and a colour transfer of an oriental scene (with pagoda and bridge) to each side, measuring approximately 15cm in height and 21.3cm in width at the base (max). The lampholder hole is of approximately standard size for this type of shade (about 2.8cm in diameter), and thus the shade should fit a standard UK plastic pendant lampholder. The transfers are somewhat worn and faded, and there is slight wear to the orange painted finish, together with slight surface marking including some specks of paint; there is some roughness around the lampholder hole (dating from manufacture, and not visible when the shade is hung), together with some other slight manufacturing irregularities.
