Langley Pottery (Denby Langley) "Jamaica" sugar bowl, c.1960s

A vintage Denby Langley Pottery "Jamaica" open sugar bowl, c.1960s, in white with handpainted stylised tropical fruit design, measuring approximately 7.6cm (3in) in diameter at the top and 6.2cm (2.45in) in height; the base bears a pale "LANGLEY / MADE IN ENGLAND" windmill stamp together with a red-brown paint mark.  Although there is slight wear to the painted decoration together with the odd scratch, some spot marks to the surface and marking to the foot, it is in good condition overall.
