A Kodak "No.2 Hawkette" camera in mottled brown Bakelite, with fold-away bellows, dating from about 1927, and measuring approximately 17.8 x 9.2 x 4.1cm (7 x 3.6 x 1.6in) when folded (excluding knobs); the back cover is moulded with the words "USE KODAK FILM NO.120" and "MANUFACTURED IN GREAT BRITAIN / BY KODAK LTD". The camera has not been tested (we presume the required film is no longer available), although the mechanical parts seem to work OK; however, there is some rust / corrosion and pitting to the metal parts, whilst some pinpricks of light can be seen through the bellows (mainly at the corners). There is a crack about 3cm (1.2in) long to one of the upper corners of the back cover, together with another to the upper front corner near the winding knob, whilst the small red translucent plastic porthole to the back cover is also cracked; there is a small nibble to the upper edge of the back cover, together with some white paint marks to the back cover, and some scratching and general age wear to the Bakelite throughout.
