Kapuplast Medicated Adhesive Waterproof First Aid Dressings tin (Kaputine, Oldham), c.1950s

A c.1950s vintage "Kapuplast Medicated Adhesive Waterproof First Aid Dressings" ("for cuts, scalds & wounds") tin (empty), by Kaputine Ltd., Oldham,  with printed design in white, black and red to lid, measuring approximately 7.9 x 5.1 x 1.3cm (3.1 x 2 x 0.5in).  There is some age wear including numerous scratches, slight print loss and slight under-print tarnish spotting to the outside lid, whilst the outside base has dulled with age, with wear including scratches, some rust and other marks; there is some wear and tarnish together with a few rust spots to the interior, and there are a few small indentations.
