Imitation tortoiseshell celluloid manicure implement, c.1930s

An imitation tortoiseshell manicure implement made of celluloid, c.1930s, which may have originally been part of a manicure set.  The implement, which measures approximately 12.3cm (4.85in) long and is stamped "MADE IN ENGLAND", is in good condition apart from very slight age wear.
