A booklet entitled "St. Nicholas Priory Exeter", consisting of a historical summary by H. Lloyd Parry and a description of the building by Harold Brakspear, revised and partly rewritten by Joyce Youings, and published by William Chudley & Son Ltd. (Exeter and London) in 1960. The booklet, which measures approximately 12.3 x 18cm (4.85 x 7.1in), contains 32 pages, with a fold-out plan of the Priory attached to the inside of the back cover. The red paper covers are creased, marked and faded; the title page is tanned and slightly marked with dye from the cover, whilst there are pressure marks to the first two pages; there is some creasing to the corners and tanning to some page edges, and there is some rust to the staples causing marks at the fold.
