A c.1930s plastic (probably urea formaldehyde) powder container with screw-top lid and powder puff tray, green with cream trim, measuring approximately 7.7cm (3.05in) in diameter and 4.5cm (1.75in) in height. The base is stamped "B.B. Chic-pak Model / Made in England", together with patent numbers for Britain (414645-33), France, Germany, the USA, Canada and Australia; the Canadian patent bears the date 2/10/34. The pot still contains a small amount of old powder, together with a somewhat disintegrated foam puff or applicator pad. There is slight age wear to the exterior, including slight discoloration, a few light scratches, a small nick to the lower edge of the lid, and a few tiny nibbles.
