Hardback, 96pp, measuring approximately 23.5 x 33 x 1.5cm (9.25 x 13 x 0.6in). This volume reproduces forty drawings of historic architectural features and street scenes of London which were then threatened with destruction (and some of which had already disappeared). The dust jacket has been price-clipped and has ragged and creased edges, scuff marks, a small spot of damage to the back and marks inside. The cover has bumped corners and edges; the contents page has an inscription to a previous owner, whilst the pages are slightly tanned / yellowed throughout, some also having other marks and slight creases.
