A Foley crested china teacup, early 20th century, with gilt rim and decoration to handle, and large transfer "Tewkesbury" crest to one side. The base is stamped "The Foley China / England" in black with crown and monogram, together with a small red cross and a retailer's stamp, in black, which reads "Manufactured for / W. Lawrence / China Rooms / Tewkesbury". Measuring approximately 6.8cm (2.7in) high and 7.8cm (3.05in) in diameter, it has some wear to the gilt rim, crazing to the handle and light scratching, but is otherwise in good condition.
