An appealing carnival glass bowl by Dugan (later Diamond), c.1910-31, in the "Cosmos Variant" design (moulded to the interior with a flower and wreath of leaves), in marigold with a good degree of iridescence, measuring approximately 25.8cm (10.15in) across and 7.3cm (2.85in) deep. There is some age wear including a few small patches of damage to the upper surface (probably caused by other items having been stacked on top of it); there are various manufacturing irregularities in the glass, including several lines / straw marks and air bubbles (some of which are quite large).
