A vintage Welsh Dragon Pottery (Rhayader) vase, c.1960s, measuring approximately 9.1cm (3.6in) in height and 7.9cm (3.1in) in diameter at the top, and finished in off-white glaze with a handpainted design of green, brown and black bands with leaves. The base, which is unglazed, bears the printed mark "DRAGON POTTERY / MADE IN WALES / RHAYADER", together with an incised "J". The glaze is crazed throughout, and there are a few tiny marks and manufacturing irregularities; the vase is otherwise in good condition.
