Denby "Burlington" teapot, c.1950s-60s

A c.1950s-60s Denby stoneware teapot in the "Burlington" pattern, with green and black decoration on a white background; the (unglazed) base is stamped with the "DENBY / STONEWARE / MADE IN ENGLAND" scroll mark.  The teapot stands approximately 16.5cm tall without the lid, and measures approximately 11.5cm in diameter at the base; the lid is approximately 7.9cm in diameter.  Apart from a small rough patch (which may date from manufacture) to the inner rim of the lid, and slight surface marking, the teapot is in good condition.
