This book, described in the Preface as a "revised and enlarged edition" of the "Good Housekeeping Sweet Making Book" published seven years previously, covers such subjects as "Fondant Making", "Marzipan Sweets", "Toffees and Butterscotch" and "Jellies, Marshmallow, and Turkish Delight". No dustjacket; the cover is very much browned with age with damp stains and other marks together with age wear including bumping to edges and corners and tearing and loss to the paper covering of the spine; the pages are discoloured with some marks and occasional creases.
