The dustjacket is tanned, marked and discoloured with tattered edges and small areas missing, whilst the yellow cloth cover is discoloured and marked at the upper and lower edges; the inside covers, flyleaf and endpapers are tanned with some foxing and fading, and there is an inscription in ink on the flyleaf; the pages are clean with tanned edges and the occasional crease.
