A 1970s retro Pilkington Chance Glass scalloped-edged plate, measuring approximately 24.9cm (9.8in) in diameter and 2.2cm (0.85in) in depth, printed in the abstract floral "Torrefleur" pattern, which in style and colour is very typical of its era. There is slight wear to the printed design (including two small patches of damage), together with some scratches and slight scuffs to the surface, and slight wear to the gilt rim, which has a couple of small nibbles plus a few tiny ones, together with a small gilded-over chip (the latter evidently dating from manufacture).
