Chance Glass "Lotus" dish, 1970s

A 1970s vintage Chance Glass dish, printed in the "Lotus" pattern (a bold modern floral design in olive green, turquoise and greenish-yellow, introduced in about 1973, and very typical of that era) with gilt edge, measuring approximately 21.2 x 13.8 x 2cm (8.35 x 5.45 x 0.8in).  There is considerable surface wear including numerous scratches (some deep), some wear to the printed decoration and considerable wear to the gilt, whilst there are a couple of fleabites plus a few very tiny nibbles to the edge.
