A vintage Chance Glass scalloped-edged plate with its original box (with gilt-finish elastic cord fastener), c.1970s, printed in the "Blossom" pattern of small pink flowers with green leaves, and measuring approximately 24.9cm (9.8in) in diameter and 2.5cm (1in) in depth. There is some light scratching to the glass and slight wear to the transfer design, together with very slight wear and a tiny fleabite to the gilt edge, whilst there are some minor manufacturing irregularities; the box is worn, creased and bumped with damp stains and other marks, whilst the clear flexible plastic lid is worn and dented with splitting to the corners (one of which has a small piece missing).
