A scarce 20-page recipe booklet with an Art Deco-inspired cover design, entitled "Casserole Cooking in the New World Oven", dating from about 1930. The booklet, which measures approximately 13.9 x 21.5cm (5.45 x 8.45in), contains several recipes for soups, stews etc., together with black and white illustrations of New World Regulo gas cookers and of the Radiation Research and Demonstration Kitchen. The cover is torn to the front near the fold and creased at the back, and the staples are rusty; the page and cover edges are bumped and indented, and there is slight creasing and discoloration to the pages, together with a few marks.
