A carnival glass bowl, early 20th century, in marigold with a good degree of iridescence, moulded in a geometric pattern (which we have thus far been unable to identify) with diamonds, ribs and a central starburst, measuring approximately 23cm (9.05in) in diameter and 5.7cm (2.25in) in height; to the base (at the edge of the inner ring) is a tiny crescent which may or may not be a manufacturer's mark. There is some surface wear, especially to the interior, together with some tiny nibbles to the foot; there are some manufacturing imperfections in the glass including some unevenness to the interior and numerous air bubbles.
