Bronnley's Mitcham Lavender soaps in box with Art Deco labels, c.1930s

This box of three Bronnley's Mitcham Lavender soaps, which dates from around the 1930s and measures approximately 17.8 x 9 x 4.4cm (7 x 3.55 x 1.75in), features an appealing Art Deco label design, identical to both the inside and outside lid, showing a lady in a blue bathrobe holding a bar of soap, with lavender in the background.  All three original soaps, wrapped in tissue with decorative paper bands, are still present; sadly they have become somewhat mouldy and have stained the interior of the box where they have touched it.  The inside lid label, however, has fortunately been protected from the soaps by a sheet of greaseproof paper, and is in very good condition apart from a pale area around the "r" of "lavender".  The outside of the box has some age wear / discoloration, a few small stains including a small brown stain to the lower centre of the outer label, creases to the corners of this label, and a small tear to the bottom right corner of the lid, but is generally good for its age.
