A c.1930s box of "Clipper" paper clips ("Made in England"), the box design featuring a large passenger aeroplane of the period. The box, which measures approximately 5.7 x 4.2 x 2.5cm (2.25 x 1.65 x 1in), and originally contained "approx. 100 large plain" paper clips, still holds a large number of clips, although, since these vary in size and shape, it is unlikely that all, if any, are original to the box. The box itself has considerable age wear including tearing and bumping to the ends, detached and missing inner flaps, creasing, discoloration and brown marks.
