Retro blue-green glass vase or dish with paperweight-type base, c.1970s

A c.1970s vintage glass vase or dish, measuring approximately 9.9cm (3.9in) in height, 9.2cm (3.6in) in diameter at the top and 3.8cm (1.5in) in diameter at the foot; although in the shape of a sundae dish, it hardly seems practical for that purpose!  The upper part is of thin glass in an attractive blueish-green, the lower part in the form of a clear (colourless) glass paperweight-style sphere with internal bubbles.  It is in very good condition with no scratches and little or no wear to the base, although there are a few small marks and manufacturing irregularities.
