A vintage Beswick hollow-moulded model of a Scottie dog (Scotch terrier), perhaps 1950s, in black satin finish with glossy black nose and orange-brown eyes, with the printed mark "BESWICK / ENGLAND" to one foot, and standing approximately 11.4cm (4.5in) tall, the body measuring approximately 12cm (4.7in) long and 6.4cm (2.5in) wide. Apart from a small chip to the surface of the back of the dog (which appears as a tiny white spot), and slight surface marking, it is in good condition.
