"Rye: The story of an historic town", by Arthur Oswald, published by Country Life Limited, London, 1955. This 64-page spiral-bound volume with card covers contains several black and white illustrations, and measures approximately 11.8 x 15.9cm closed. The original owner's name is written in ink upon the title page; there is some discoloration and slight wear to the cover and to the page edges. A few page edges have at some time stuck together and been pulled apart with resulting slight damage, and there is some roughness to adjoining edges, together with occasional very small tears.
