A c.1930s lampshade of distinctively Art Deco shape, in pale green finely flaked glass (shiny to the exterior) with gilt decoration, measuring approximately 12cm tall and 13.5cm wide (max). The lampholder hole is of standard size (approximately 2.9cm in diameter), and thus the shade will fit a standard UK plastic pendant lampholder. There is a chip together with a few nibbles and slight roughness to the bottom edge, together with the usual roughness and nibbling around the lampholder hole (not visible in use); there is some wear to the gilt together with a few marks to the surface, and there are some minor manufacturing irregularities in the glass.
