A fairly large and heavy Art Deco green pressed glass footed fruit bowl, c.1930s, measuring approximately 12.6cm (4.95in) in height, 21.1cm (8.3in) in diameter at the top and 11.2cm (4.4in) in diameter at the base, in an asymmetric design incorporating a pattern of curved bands alternately clear and moulded with a pattern of tiny spirals together with two protruding "cloud" fins to the lower half of the exterior. There is a smallish bruise (approximately 1 x 0.5cm / 0.4 x 0.2in) to the upper exterior together with a small chip and a few tiny nibbles to the rim, one or two tiny chips to the moulded edges of the exterior, and surface wear including numerous scratches, slight marks and small patches of abrasion (the latter especially to the rim); there are various manufacturing imperfections including some rough edges, air bubbles, straw marks and patterns of lines in the glass.
