An Art Deco ceiling hanging bowl light shade in mint green and white flake glass, c.1930s-50s, measuring approximately 29cm (11.4in) wide and 12.5cm (4.9in) deep excluding hooks; the original chains, each approximately 20cm (7.85in) long, are still present but are somewhat rusty with a few paint marks. There is some rust to the chain hooks, with varying degrees of pitting and peeling to the chrome surface. There is some chipping, nibbling and roughness to the inner edge of the rim and slight roughness to the outer edge, together with a few scratches and slight marks; there are various irregularities in the glass including many air bubbles (a few of which are fairly large) and a small orange-brown flake near the base edge.
