This attractive if commonplace souvenir mug, which measures approximately 9cm (3.55in) high and 8.2cm (3.25in) in diameter, is white with gilt rim, with the words "A present from Blackpool" and a large rose transfer to one side, and a small rose transfer to the other. The silver-grey base stamp reads "D / CZECHOSLOVAKIA" (dating the mug to after the First World War) with additional symbols, which appear to be a crown with a long-necked bird, and a small horseshoe. Apart from slight wear to the gilt rim and some tarnishing to the gilt lettering, it is in good condition for its age.
